Building your dream

We receive great satisfaction building our clients’ dreams, from their first consultation to walking through their completed job. Handing over the keys at the end of a job well done is one of our greatest passions.

Initial consultations

We begin the building process by discovering what is important to you and discussing your vision for the project. From there, we will assess your site and budget and level of inclusions that you would like to achieve. Along with this, we will happily offer ideas and wholeheartedly embrace any wishes for your new project.

Detail and estimate

Once the design and selections process is completed, we can create a tangible product for our team to present to you as an estimate to build your project. This will assist you in understanding the overall estimate to build your project, making sure it is viable and within your initial budget expectations. From this we will guide you through the process of D.A. and council approval for your home, making the process easy and clear.

Scheduling & Construction

The construction of your new project can begin as soon as we have final approvals from your finance provider (if required). An additional detailed work schedule is created and adhered to, streamlining the process and outlining time frames for your build. We believe that client communication is one of the most important aspects of the building process and during this exciting period we will keep you up to date with progress and answer any questions you may have.

Completion

On completion, you will be invited to attend a final walk through inspection of your project with your Project Manager. Once you are completely happy with the finished product, we will provide you with an online handover pack and the keys to your beautiful new DWT Built project. The DWT Built team hopes that you celebrate and enjoy this exciting time in your life and congratulate you on turning your dreams into reality!
